4 Meikleville Street Meikleville Hill, QLD 4703

If you have always wanted to enjoy beautiful ocean views and breezes, be a short walk to the beach but thought you couldn't afford it? Well check this one out as it's a beauty!
This lovingly maintained brick beach cottage has only had one owner, but it's now time for the next move. The home could do with a little cosmetic update, but it has great "bones" and most importantly, the kitchen and bathroom have both been renovated and are in great condition.
Both bedrooms are spacious and airy, and the living areas makes the most of the gorgeous views. The home is security screened and the is a single lock up garage.
Could this be your new beach cottage? Give me a call today for your inspection.
